AAC Blocks

AAC is an acronym for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete(AAC)Block. It is the new age, smart & green building materials used in India. This has helped us emerge as the most viable substitute of the conventional Red Clay Bricks used in building walls in residential, commercial and institutional construction activities.

Block Jointing Mortar

Ecorex Thin BED Mortar is a high strength adhesive for quick and firm laying of AAC block with thin joints. It is a factory mixed mortar made up of cement, graded sand and blended with polymers to impart high strength and water retention properties even when in thickness of 2-3mm layer.

Ecorex Buildtech has many firsts to its credit. We have the unique distinction of being the first AAC Blocks manufacturer in Chhattisgarh, equipped with state-of-the-art production facilities. We are the largest unit in the state located at Kharora-Tilda Road in Raipur, with an installed capacity of 1,55,000 CuM per annum.
Testing

Our facility is fully equipped with a calibrated laboratory for testing of raw materials and the finished product. Our team of seasoned engineers and experts ensure the entire processing stays uninterrupted at every level.
Compliance

The manufacturing process stringently complies with IS 2185 (Part3):1984. We are the first and only company with an ISI license in Central India. Sampling and Testing of raw materials and finished product is compliant with the BIS norms as stated in the article.
