In the unlikely event that any products you have ordered from www.shopnaari.com is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if products delivered is different from what you had ordered or expected—you may return or exchange the Products

Process of Return or Exchange:

The product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date on which these Products were delivered.

Note:

1. We do not return or exchange gift certificates, if any manufacturing defect.
2. Refund are not valid on discounted products we can offer only exchange if there is any Size related issues.

1. On the invoice you receive, circle the Product(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
2. Pack your return Product(s) securely, in the original package if possible and include your completed invoice.
3. Pack the Products and keep ready for dispatch our courier executive will come within 48 working hrs and pick it back. Once Product received, our team will study th need for return or exchange and based on their decision the exchange request will be processed

Conclusion:

1. As per our team decision if the products fall under returns: We’ll process refund directly in to your Bank account, Wallet, Credit card, COD(Cash On Delivery) etc. as per the Transaction done while placing the orders. It will take 7 working days to credit amt. in to your account after delivering the products back to us.

2. As per our team decision if the products fall under exchange (Only size and Quality):Once we received the product back we’ll update the product Credit Amt. in to your www.shopnaari.com account by using the same credit points You can Buy the products according to your choice or comfortability . There is no Expiry date of the credit Amt. until you consume it.
