Wystle take on COVID

Wystle is the next generation of ride hailing for the capital. Created by Londoners, for Londoners, the city is part of our DNA and we know what makes our fellow city dwellers tick. Wystle will get riders from A to B quickly and cost effectively using our best in class driver partners and a generous loyalty program to reward those

Wystle is taking the following steps:

We ask all drivers and passengers to wear a face covering at all times. Our drivers have the right to refuse to carry passengers without a face mask.
Front seats are currently out of use, to aid social distancing in vehicles
Customers will not have to pay a cancellation fee if they decide to cancel their journey due to a driver not wearing a mask

We ask our customers to take the following steps:

Please stay at home if you are not feeling well
Please wash your hands regularly, ideally just before and after entering a Wystle car

We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will update our procedures in accordance with the latest government, NHS and TfL guidelines.
