Brown Mallifulo is somewhat flat and slender in appearance with dirty-white to yellowish brown streaks. It is originated from Jhargram, West Bengal.

Premium Brown Rice (Mallifulo) goes well with anything that has a porridge-like consistency due to its stickiness. You can also make khichri by adding lots of veggies and make it even more nutricious.

Tip: Soaking it for minimum 5 to 6 hours before cooking will make it feel light on your stomach and enhance its fragrance.

Note:Open the rice, add insect/worm repellents and store rice in a packed state in a dry place.
