Dr. Kalyan Sankar Sengupta

Dr. Sengupta is an accomplished management teacher, researcher and consultant. He has been teaching management science for more than 30 years and was affiliated with reputed organizations like IISWBM – Calcutta; ICFAI; IMT, Ghaziabad, to name a few. He also taught at IIM- Ranchi, IIFT, IMI- Kolkata as a visiting faculty.
He has the experience of providing consulting services to many organizations in both Government and Non-Government sectors. He has several research papers to his credit, besides guiding many Ph.D. research scholars.
His current teaching and research interests revolve around Service Excellence, Marketing Analytics.
