Prof. Soumya Choudhury has 23 years of corporate experience in Management Consulting (AFF), Investment Banking/ M&A (Merrill, Dresdner, KPMG), Automotive Industry (Sona Koyo Steering, and the last decade in Information Technology leading the Large Deals team for IBM in application development & maintenance sales.

Subsequently, Prof. Soumya worked for IBM India leading the corporate & business development team as a Vice President and later became responsible for sales & solutioning of large IT Outsourcing services contracts to Indian customers in BFSI, Industrial & Distribution and Public Sector where he worked on the large deals team and converted five deals across multiple domains (Adani Group, Birla Sunlife Insurance, Syndicate Bank, National Skilling Development Corporation and Central Board of Indirect Taxes) winning against competition from the Indian Big five IT Services companies.

Soumya has his own start-up offering supply chain solutions, consulting services to industry verticals in FMCG, Retail and eCommerce.
