An entrepreneur committed to bettering the lives of people, Neeta Gajaria is a Director at, and founding member of, Meditourz Health Services.
As a compassionate and courageous individual, Neeta is motivated by hope, empathy, and a firm belief that all human beings deserve respect and dignity. It was this belief that spurred her to action in 2017, when she founded Meditourz along with her daughter Aashnee. In working to provide patients from around the world access to the best regenerative, orthopaedic, beauty and wellness treatments and therapies, Neeta has found her true calling in the most fulfilling way. With a firm resolve and a clear plan of action, she spreads awareness and educates people about medical progress and the hope for bettering the lives of many. In this, she collaborates with many doctors who are leading pioneers in their fields.
Having graduated in Commerce, Neeta began her career as a visa support officer with the British Embassy in Mumbai in 1991. It was there that she realised her flair for languages and interpersonal skills made her capable of empathizing with and assisting people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. She found herself able to resolve complex situations with ease while also establishing genuine human connections.
After fourteen years of working in this role, Neeta wanted to go beyond her accomplishments and find the inner peace that comes from positively impacting the lives of people. Deeply influenced by the beauty and practicality of Nichiren Daishonin's Buddhism, she joined Soka Gakkai International in 2012. This Japanese organisation, committed to establishing value-creating education and world peace through culture, resonates perfectly with her ideals.

A firm believer in social welfare and empowerment, Aashnee Gajaria is a founding member and Director at Meditourz. Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies from H. R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai, and a Master's Degree in Marketing, Strategy, and Innovations from Cass Business School, City University of London, she fulfils her responsibilities with characteristic eagerness and enthusiasm.
Aashnee has always been interested in making the world a better place. This led her to become a proactive member of the Rotaract Club during her college days, where her efforts at social projects earned her numerous awards. A major milestone in her life was her success at launching a communication campaign for Green Light Planet, a for-profit social brand specializing in providing Solar Lamps to rural India. Her innovative ideas and their splendid execution resulted in the brand reaching 5,025,695 homes, with an impressive 9,809,268 solar lamps being installed.
Before co-founding Meditourz in 2017 with her mother Neeta Gajaria, Aashnee worked briefly at conducting market research for Johnson & Johnson Medical, India. She also worked for three years at the DDB Mudra Group in Mumbai. Her experience of navigating the corporate world, medical world, and the world of social welfare gives her the diverse set of skills she needs to interface for Meditourz and help it grow. Her primary objective is to enable people all over the world get access to the best treatments and therapies so that they can lead a rejuvenated, holistic and healthy life.
What drives and motivates Aashnee on a daily basis is the joy of helping others and the knowledge that she is making a difference. She aims to spread awareness about various illnesses, disorders and conditions that afflict patients and enlighten people about the possible solutions available for them.
Partner, Meditourz
Mariam Saif Rashed Al Qubaisi is a Senior Advisor at the Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DoH), and serves on the Board of Directors of the Emirates Quality Society. She is licensed as a trainer in self-development. Her interest in helping people and providing for those with special needs has led her to a career in leadership.
Mariam holds a Master's degree in Management and Education Policy from Deakin University in Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from United Arab Emirates University.
Prior to joining the DoH in 2016, Mariam was the Executive Director of the Special Needs Sector at Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care, Abu Dhabi's largest humanitarian body established per the directives of His Highness the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Her accomplishments included enhancing the quality provided and diversifying the education programs and levels available for People of Determination across Abu Dhabi.
Her keen passion to serve this segment of the society with her expertise allowed her to take part in key decision making and planning. It is her commitment and belief that helped in implementing numerous specialized programs with a wide range of services from early intervention to employment targeting People of Determination.
Previously, Mariam held the title of Deputy Director of the Abu Dhabi Educational Zone. In 2013, she was recognized as the third best leader executive director by Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance. She was inducted into the UAE Disabled Sports Federation in 2007. She is recognized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs to represent the UAE in the first committee nomination with the United Nations.
Mariam has a wide range of leadership experience in organization development, strategic vision, team engagement, and top management advisory. She is a partner and senior adviser at Meditourz Wellness Services, where she brings her immense expertise and knowledge to the table.
Mariam is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where she lives with her family. She is active in her community. In her personal time, Mariam enjoys community volunteering across local institutions. She also enjoys reading, is interested in self-development workshops, and is working towards becoming a life coach.
