We are Plastic
We are humans creating digital products, experiences and brands for other humans.
01.Who the--?!
Good people, big projects.
Plastic is an international awarded agency. We are a group of humans creating digital products, experiences and brands for other humans. We work in Barcelona (which is lovely) for clients all over the world (which is exciting). Our team is a carefully balanced blend of thinkers, creators, researchers, developers and organisers. Plastic is not too big, not too small, quite sensible and completely independent.
02.What the--?!
Best. User. Experience. Ever.
At least, that’s what we aim for. We transform ideas into remarkable digital outcomes from startups to global brands, but our goal for every project is the same: to elevate the connection between our clients and their customers.

03.How the--?!
It’s all about the people, people.
We put people first. Everything else flows from there. There are user people, who are the heart of our human-centred design approach. Then there are client people, who we consider part of the project team. That means we don’t disappear for weeks and come back with something shiny you don’t understand. No way. You’re part of the whole process. So you get to see all the tools and methologies that go into making remarkable work.

04.Why the--?!
If you’re gonna do it, do it right, right? *
Through our careers we’ve developed, shall we say, certain desires. Desires that weren’t being fulfilled. Crazy stuff, like job security, working in a stable, happy environment. Being surrounded by people that impress and inspire us. Doing interesting projects for clients we care about. Putting user experience at the heart of what we do.
We figured the best way to satisfy our peculiar tastes was to start Plastic. That was in 2012. Luckily for us, there are others who share our weird tastes. Are you one of them?
* Yes. Some of us are from the 80s.
05.Where the--?!
Home is Barcelona but we choose to work with clients all over the world. We’ve delivered projects in Spain, France, Germany, Japan, Sweden, the UK and the USA to name a few. Going global requires more than a good internet connection. A sense of curiosity, an open mind and an understanding of time zones all help. So does having lots of experience working on international accounts, which we do.
