Ingredient:

16 GRD Bix Diskettes (80 gm) Delicious Protein Diskettes, (Sugar, Vanilla Flavor)

  • 1 big ripe banana, cut into slices
  • 1 cup chopped and melted dark chocolate (use double boiler) for dipping
  • ¼ cup roasted and coarsely powdered walnuts
  • Few cherries to garnish

    Arrange 8 GRD diskettes on a tray lined with butter paper, place 2 banana slices on it and cover with another GRD diskettes to make a sandwich.

Ingredient:

3 servings (90 gm) GRD (sugar, Chocolate flavor)

  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 2 cups dates, deseeded and chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped mixed nuts (almonds, pista, walnuts)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method:

    Heat the ghee in a non-stick kadhai, add the dates and cook on a slow flame till soft, while stirring continuously.

2 servings (60 gm) GRD (sugarfree, vanilla flavor)

  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp rawa
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp Fruit salt
  • ½ tsp pineapple emulsion
  • 4 tsp white butter for cooking
For the stuffing
  • 1 cup chopped fully ripe pineapple
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method:

    Cook the pineapple pieces in ½ cup water till it is soft and bright yellow in colour. Drain the liquid and keep aside to make the batter. Divide the cooked pinespple into 4 equal portions and keep aside.

    Combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour’ rawa, rice flour, GRD, salt and fruit salt together in a bowl, add the pineapple liquid, ½ cup water and mix well using a whisk till no lumps remain. (Add more water if required to make a smooth thick batter). Keep aside for 2 hours.

    Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it evenly to make a medium size pancake.

    Apply 1 tsp butter and cook on both sides on slow flame till it is cooked well.
